These properties include day and short-stay hospitals, medical centres, specialist centres, life science facilities and aged care residences.
Our development team has delivered more than c. $270 million of healthcare real estate since 2019. Presently, this team manages $0.8 billion of projects under construction or within the planning process in addition to a $0.9 billion future pipeline1.

The NSW team is based within Kingscliff’s town centre, a stone’s throw from the site. In addition to thorough local knowledge, the team possesses strong capabilities in preparing and implementing strategic frameworks, drawing on extensive experience in regional and place-based strategic plans, and a breadth of development assessment functions.
